渋谷駅西口マークシティ４階に上がりレストラン街の先にあるアベニュー口(ファミリーマートが目印です）から外へ出ます。出たら少し登りすぐ左折。右を見て頂くと庇がブルーのビルがあり、そのビル沿いを進んでいただくと右側にライブハウス入り口がございます。
※La.mamaに駐車および駐輪スペースはございません。
※会場内にロッカーはございません。渋谷駅周辺をご利用ください。
- From Shibuya Station

Go up to the 4th floor of Shibuya Station West Exit Mark City and go out from the Avenue Exit (Family Mart is a landmark) at the end of the restaurant area. When you come out, climb a little and turn left immediately. If you look to the right, you will see a building with a blue eaves, and if you go along that building, you will see the live house entrance on your right.

- チケット予約
前売りチケットは TEL.03-3464-0801 で予約を受け付けています。
電話予約・店頭発売共に取り扱い時間は 15:00ー22:00 です。
また予期せず休業日とさせていただく場合もございます。店頭販売をお買い求めのお客様は予めお電話などでご相談いただくとスムーズです。
原則として公演の1ヶ月前が発売日です。それ以外の発売日、またローソンチケット等での発売がある場合は、スケジュールのページでお知らせ致します。
通常電話予約に関しては、公演の前日まで引き換えが可能となりますが、公演によって引き換え期間を設ける場合がございますのでご注意ください。
発売/チケット交換場所に関しては、通常はオフィス(La.mamaのあるマンションの201号室)になりますが、19:00以降のライブ本番中、もしくは発売日に混雑が予想される公演などについてはホール受付にて発売する場合があります。

公演日の15:00以降にお問い合わせください（TEL.03-3464-0801）。
- チケットについて
全ての公演に関して、チケット料金以外にドリンク代を当日の入場時にいただきます。予めご了承ください。
- 入場順について
整理番号付きのチケットに関しては、基本的にLa.mama売り、バンド売り、プレイガイド（ローソン、イープラス等）、全て平行入場となります。
ただし、公演によってはバンド売りや通し券が優先入場となる場合があります。その際、スケジュールページにてお知らせ致しますので、ご確認ください。

- Ticket Reservation
- Advance tickets can be booked at TEL.03-3464-0801.
Handling hours are 15: 00-22: 00 for both telephone reservations and over-the-counter sales.
As a general rule, the release date is one month before the performance. If there is a release date other than that, or a Lawson ticket, etc., it will be announced on the schedule page.
Regular telephone reservations can be redeemed until the day before the performance, but please note that there may be a redemption period depending on the performance.
The release / ticket exchange location is usually in the office (room 201 of the apartment with La.mama), but during the live performance after 19:00 or for performances that are expected to be crowded on the release date, etc. May be sold at the reception.

- About tickets
- For all performances, one drink fee (¥ 600) will be charged on admission on the day, in addition to the ticket fee. Please note.
- About admission order
- For tickets with reference numbers, La.mama selling, band selling, play guides (Lawson, Eplus, etc.) are all parallel entrance.
However, depending on the performance, band sales and pass-through tickets may be preferential entry. In that case, please check the schedule page for details.

La.mamaに駐車および駐輪スペースはございません。歩道に自動車、自転車、バイク等を停めますと歩行者の妨げになりますのでご遠慮ください。ご理解ご協力の程宜しくお願いいたします。
La.mamaはマンションの地下1階にあります。階段やマンション前には溜まらないようご協力お願いいたします。
未成年の方へのアルコールの販売は一切行っておりません。また、23時以降、未成年者の方への出入りを固くお断りさせていただいております。身分証明書のご提示をお願いする場合がございます。ご協力をお願いいたします。
会場内における紛失物、怪我、喧嘩等の事故・トラブルにつきましては責任をおいかねますので、予めご了承ください。
録音機材、その他、法律で禁止されている薬物等の持ち込み、使用を発見した場合は、即刻所轄の警察へ通報いたします。
- There is no parking or parking space in La.mama. If you stop cars, bicycles, bikes, etc. on the sidewalk, please refrain as it will interfere with pedestrians. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
La.mama is on the basement level of the apartment building. We ask for your cooperation not to collect before the stairs and the apartment building.
We do not sell any alcohol to underage people. Also, we will refuse to enter or leave minors after 23:00. We may ask you to present identification card. We appreciate your cooperation.
We are not responsible for accidents / troubles such as lost, injured, fighting etc inside the hall, so please be forewarned.
In case of discovering the use of recording materials, other materials prohibited by law, etc., we will notify the police immediately in charge of the jurisdiction.
